Welcome! These Terms & Conditions govern your participation as a vendor on Strange & Charm, an online consignment boutique. By registering as a vendor and submitting items for sale, you agree to the following terms:

1. Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must be located in the greater Edmonton area.
• Vendors must provide accurate contact information and maintain an active WordPress account for tracking submissions, sales, and payouts.

2. Product Submission

• Only items in excellent or gently loved condition are accepted.
• Vendors must submit accurate descriptions and clear photos of each item.
• All submitted items are subject to admin review and approval before listing on the boutique.
• All items are submitted through our online consignment form.

3. Pricing & Commission

• All products are priced at the discretion of Strange & Charm.
• Vendors receive 60% of the final sale price.
• Commissions are calculated automatically and paid after confirmed pickup by the buyer.

4. Pickup & Buyer Satisfaction

• All sales are local pickup only.
• Buyers are responsible for arranging pickup through the boutique’s internal messaging system.
• Vendors must make items available for pickup and coordinate with buyers as needed.
• Payment to the vendor will only be released after both buyer and vendor confirm that the item has been successfully picked up.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are handled manually through Strange & Charm admin.
• Vendors are responsible for verifying their account details to receive payments.
• If a pickup is not confirmed within 5 days of purchase, the sale may be voided at admin discretion.

6. Prohibited Items

• Strange & Charm reserves the right to reject or remove items that do not meet quality standards, are unsafe, or are prohibited by law.

7. Vendor Conduct

• Vendors agree to act professionally, honestly, and respectfully when communicating with buyers and boutique staff.
• Vendors may not share personal contact information outside of the approved internal messaging system until items are picked up.

8. Termination

• Strange & Charm reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for repeated violations of these terms.

9. Agreement

• By submitting items to Strange & Charm, vendors acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
