At Strange & Charm, every item is thoughtfully listed with care and transparency. Because our boutique operates on a local pickup, consignment-based model, returns are handled a little differently than traditional retail.

Inspection at Pickup

Buyers are encouraged to carefully inspect their item at the time of pickup. This is the moment to ensure the item reasonably reflects the condition described in the listing.

If the item does not align with its stated condition, the buyer may choose to leave the item with the seller and request a return of funds through Strange & Charm. This option is intended for justified concerns related to condition—not preference or change of mind.

Pickup Window & Eligibility

Items must be picked up within the 5-day pickup window following purchase.

Items not picked up within the 5-day window are considered abandoned, and the order will be cancelled without refund.

Refund requests are only considered during this pickup window and at the time of inspection.

Once an item has been taken from the pickup location, the sale is considered final.

No Post-Pickup Returns

Because items are secondhand and sold through consignment, we are unable to accept returns after pickup has been completed. This helps ensure fairness and clarity for both buyers and sellers.
