Listing an item is simple and seamless. Start by creating an account, then follow the easy guidelines to upload a photo and share a few details about your piece. Once your submission is approved, your item goes live on the site, beautifully presented for buyers to discover—without long waits, appointments, or unnecessary complications.
The time it takes to sell can vary depending on the item—some pieces find a new home the same day they’re listed, while others may take longer. Items remain on the site for six weeks at their regular price, and if they haven’t sold, we offer an additional two weeks at 50% off. After the total eight weeks, the item is removed from the site. This approach gives each piece the best chance to connect with the right buyer while keeping the process simple and stress-free.
Buying is simple and secure. Once you make a purchase, you will receive the seller’s contact information via email to arrange a local pickup, which is the responsibility of the buyer. Sellers do not receive payment until the item has been picked up, ensuring a safe and smooth transaction for both parties. Items must be picked up within 5 days of purchase, or the sale will be canceled, keeping the process timely and fair for everyone.
Our boutique is fully online, offering a curated consignment experience without the usual in-store constraints. There’s no need for appointments, long waits, or travel—items can be listed, browsed, and purchased from anywhere, at any time. Because our model is online, we’re able to offer a more generous consignment split, giving sellers a bigger portion of the return than traditional in-store options. This approach gives both buyers and sellers freedom, ease, and flexibility, while maintaining a thoughtful, curated experience.
We strive to make every purchase satisfying, but there may be a time when an item isn’t quite what the buyer expected. At pickup, buyers have the opportunity to carefully inspect their purchase, if an item does not reflect its listed condition, it can be declined at that time for a refund. Once picked up, all sales are final.
Items are available for local pickup within the greater Edmonton area. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive the seller’s contact details to coordinate pickup directly.
