    Not sure? Imagine the item from the buyer’s perspective. If it looks brand new, select “Like New.” If it shows very light use but remains in excellent condition, choose “Gently Loved.”


    We only accept items from sellers within the Greater Edmonton Area.

    Step One

    Review

    Once your item is submitted, it’s carefully reviewed to ensure it’s a fit for the Strange & Charm collection. You’ll be notified if your item is accepted and ready to move forward.

    Step Two

    Listing

    Accepted items are thoughtfully priced and prepared for the shop. When your item goes live, you’ll receive confirmation along with access to your seller account to track its status.

    Step Three

    Pickup & Payout

    If your item sells, you’ll be notified to coordinate a smooth local pickup through your account. Payment is released once pickup is confirmed, keeping the process clear and fair for everyone.
